Refund, Returns & Cancellation Policy

1. General Overview

At Lizion Tech, we are committed to providing high-quality ICT infrastructure, hardware, software, and managed services tailored to your business needs. Due to the nature of the technology products we supply (including licensed software and customized configurations), all sales are considered final.

2. No Returns on Goods

Goods once sold are not returnable. Lizion Tech does not accept returns on hardware, software, or accessories once an order has been processed, shipped, or delivered.

  • Reason: Technology products are often serialized, activated, or subject to immediate depreciation.
  • Exception: This policy does not affect your rights regarding products that arrive Dead on Arrival (DOA).

3. No Refunds on Services and Digital Products

  • Professional Services: Fees for consulting and installation are non-refundable once work has commenced.
  • Software Licenses: All software and SaaS subscriptions are non-refundable.

4. Defective Products (Dead on Arrival)

If you receive a product that is physically damaged or fails to function upon initial setup (DOA), you must notify Lizion Tech immediately.

  • Notification Window: Claims must be reported within 48/72 hours of delivery.

5. Warranties

Lizion Tech passes through the manufacturer’s warranty. We do not offer additional warranties beyond those provided by the original equipment manufacturer.
